Contact
Email yomipet.app@gmail.com. Include your macOS version, Mac model, Yomify version, the affected app, and a short description of what happened.
Never send your password, full card number, Supabase key, Stripe key, or Google secret.
Launch waitlist
Yomify is not available for public download yet. Join the waitlist on the home page to receive one launch notification and your private 50%-off lifetime-license code. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. For a correction or deletion, email yomipet.app@gmail.com from the address you joined with.
Highlight help
- Open Yomify's Setup Guide and refresh permission status.
- Enable Accessibility for Live Highlight. LINE and some protected apps may also need Input Monitoring; Copy fallback may need Automation.
- Restart Yomify after changing macOS permissions.
- Confirm Live Highlight Mode is on, then select Japanese text in the other app.
Area Capture
Area Capture is a Premium feature and additionally needs Screen Recording permission. Yomify captures only the rectangle you draw when you start that action, then runs Apple Vision OCR locally with an offline Tesseract fallback.
Account, trial, and paid plans
Sign in with the same Google account used at checkout. The three-day Premium trial and paid plans can be active on one Mac at a time. Use the Plan page to activate, deactivate, or move your plan. Free includes ten highlights per JST day; Standard removes that daily limit; Premium also unlocks Area Capture, unlimited history, and flashcards.
Refunds
See the seven-day Refund Policy and use the refund link in Yomify's Plan page or email support.
Privacy requests
Email yomipet.app@gmail.com from the Google account used with Yomify to request access, correction, or deletion. Account deletion normally completes within 30 days after verification, ends account-linked trial and paid access, and does not erase local data from an offline Mac. Local history can be cleared directly from the History window. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete procedure and retention exceptions.
